Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Eftekhari

Dr. Eftekhari is a member of the American Dental Association and has extensive experience in dentistry. He is a very gentle doctor and treats his all patients with utmost care. With over 12 years of experience behind him, he is well regarded amongst his patients for providing excellent dental treatment to all his patients. He is particularly very renowned with kids. He talks to kids during the treatment and shows them the instruments. He willingly answers any questions that they may have and helps them to overcome the fear of dental treatment. He ensures that kids get over their fear of dentists and have fun and enjoy their visits to the office.

His Education

• Dr. Eftekhari, who possesses more than 12 years of dentistry experience, is well regarded among the patients for providing caring dental treatment.

• He earned his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University, Milwakee, Wisconsin in May 1992.
  
  
• Dr. Eftekhari received his degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Northridge in May 1998.
  
  
• He received his degree of Bachelor of Science in Health Science, option Environmental and occupational Health in May 1998 from California State University, Northridge.

Orthodontists

Reza Salmassian, D.D.S.

Dr. Salmassian specializes in the prevention and treatment of dental and facial irregularities in children and adults. Since the age of 13, when Dr. Salmassian himself needed braces, he had resolved to become an orthodontist when he grew up. He spent part of his childhood in Iran and part in France. He then moved to Tempe, Arizona where he attended Arizona State University. After graduating in Microbiology, he went on to complete his dental education from the University of California San Francisco. He has several accolades such as Omicron Kappa Upsilon academic scholarship, Dean’s list status, and the Pierre Fauchard award for excellence in the field of Dentistry. He completed his education by obtaining his orthodontic certificate from the University of Colorado, School of Dentistry.

Dr. Salmassian is extremely qualified and proficient in his field. He is adept in all phases of orthodontics, from children to adults, from simple limited cases to comprehensive surgical cases. Furthermore, he is INVISALIGN certified and has experience in using clear brackets to preserve esthetics while undergoing orthodontic treatment.

Periodontist

Hamid Daneshmand, D.D.S. Periodontal Evaluation Implant Osseous Surgery Dr. Daneshmand is the resident Periodontist who specialist in gum treatment and surgery. Dr. Daneshmand opted to continue in the field of research after he completed his graduation. His periods in academia include:

• The University of Paris as an associate professor for two years
  
  
• The department of Periodontics and Oral Histology at the University of London, Royal Dental Hospital for three years
  
  
• UCLA School of Dentistry as an associate professor for six years

He has practiced since 1972 in clinics in Beverly Hills, Reseda, London and Paris
