Just
as pediatricians are trained to meet your
child’s medical needs, pediatric dental
specialists, or Pedodontist as they are
called, are dentists trained to meet all
the needs related to your child’s
oral health.
Dentists believe that good oral care starts
at infancy. This is the reason why it is
recommended that your child’s first
dental examination should take place by
the age of 12 months. This may prevent any
problems which might otherwise develop at
a later stage.
Dr.Eftekhari has over eight years of experience
in pediatric dentistry with over Eight Thousand
happy pediatric patients. We understand
the apprehension that your child may have
while visiting the dentist office. Dr. Eftekhari
patiently answers any questions that your
child may have and explain various procedures
in simple terms.
At United Dental Care,
we have special facilities for your children
so that while we provide them with quality
dental care, they have fun at the same time.
Following are some of our facilities for
children:
- Our waiting area is equipped with the
latest DVD’s to keep your child
entertained.
- Our staff and doctor wear uniforms
with cartoon characters so your child
won’t see the white color uniforms.
- Our staff is trained especially to
manage children.
- We also provide Nitrous Oxide plumbing
facilities to manage uncooperative patients
while providing dental treatment.
- At the end of the session, your child
is awarded not only with balloons and
toys, but also with electric toothbrushes,
toothpaste, and stickers and coloring
books with dental education contents.
- Parents are given PARENT’S GUIDE
FOR ORAL HYGINE booklet. They are also
awarded with Good Parents Award certificate
on our behalf for bringing their child
for dental treatment. Further, they are
also awarded “Good Parents”
certificate for bringing their child for
dental treatment.
We urge you to come and see for yourself
the various facilities we have for our children
and experience the difference. We look forward
to getting to know your children, not just
as patients, but also as friends.
